  1. Lot of Tamilians in comments are writing, why can't they take a South Indian to play the South Indian character. Idiots, how many Tamil producers take Tamil women to play heroine roles in Tamil movies? They all want white skinned North Indian Tamannas and Hansikas in thier moviws, but expect Hindi producers to cast Tamil heroines in Hindi movies. Like seriously? Heights of hypocrisy

  2. Year 2021 still stereotyping a culture, the irony is that you only see this type of tamil culture in bollywood cinema. If you want portray a tamil culture film do some basis work on how the culture is ,how is the life around here, still using a method of showing that south indians especially tamilnadu is like this which is done in 90s bollywood or 80s. Still In 2021 bollywood is using the same pattern, kudos

  7. Living in Delhi is so expensive in terms of how many clothes we have to buy to prove ourselves. I have always lived in Delhi. My children were commented upon because of their skin color and clothes.

  8. This is not Tamil culture.
This is how Bollywood wants to portray Tamil culture.
We don't walk around wearing sari and jasmine flowers everyday.
    Not everyone is an engineer.
Our houses are not 24*7 decorated with flowers and rangolis.

And may I ask you…… Why is the girl wearing a coat with the sari… Omg…. 🤦‍♀️

  9. Oh cmon. Not another movie that thinks it’s representing culture but simply stereotypes. If you are playing a Tamil character at least use a Tamil person.

Have you guys seen some of the Hollywood movies that show India? They will almost always show Taj Mahal. Rajinikanth is Taj Mahal of Tamil Nadu, in Bollywood movies 😆

  11. If the movie is based in Madurai with tamil characters why is it in hindi with Bollywood actors. There are very capable actors in the south who could have played these roles easily. The last thing I want to see is a movie about tamil people portrayed by Bollywood actors who dont even know the language. Netflix needs to improve its approach to Indian content ASAP.
